Questions parents and players ask

How does AR drawing work?

Sketchglass shows a sketch on top of your real paper through your phone camera. You prop the phone about a hand above the paper, place and lock the sketch, then trace the lines with a pencil while you look through the screen.

Is there a weekly subscription?

No. Sketchglass is free with ads. You can unlock single sketches by watching a short video, or buy Pro once to get every pack, every lesson and no ads, forever. There are no free-trial traps.

What can I trace?

48 sketches across anime eyes and chibi, cute animals, dinosaurs, cars, sneakers, kawaii food, flowers, Halloween and graffiti names. You can also turn your own photo into line art or trace your name in 8 fonts.

Are my camera images uploaded?

No. The camera view and the photo of your finished drawing are processed on your phone and never uploaded. There is no account and no server for the app.

What does 'comes alive' mean?

When you finish, you snap a photo of your paper drawing. Sketchglass cuts it out and makes it dance, bounce, wiggle or walk across your desk, and you can record a 6-second clip.

When is Sketchglass on Google Play?

Sketchglass is coming soon to Google Play for Android. This page will show the Google Play button as soon as it is live.
